U27 / V01 Graduate Diploma of Micro Brewery Management

The Graduate Diploma of Micro Brewery Management has been developed to provide students with both the practical brewing and business management skills necessary to operate a successful microbrewery or brew pub.  Practical and theoretical concepts of beer production are taught, as are business mangement concepts unique to the micro-brewery industry.  Excise laws, liquor-licensing, responsible service of alcohol are taught in addition to more generic management and marketing.

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

An undergraduate degree OR equivalent prior learning including at least five years appropriate professional experience.

The course is available by full-time or part-time study on the Joondalup campus.
