H77 / U55 Master of Career Development | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Master of Career Development is a professional qualification for career practitioners and leaders in the fields of career development, career counselling, career and life coaching, education, training, employment services, outplacement support, human resource development, and labour market programs. Graduates will be positioned to take professional career practitioner and career development leadership roles in corporate, government, education and not-for-profit organisations, as private career practitioners, and as providers of consultancy services to individuals and organisations. Students may exit with the Graduate Certificate in Career Development after completing Stage One. |

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Applicants will normally be required to have an undergraduate degree or a postgraduate qualification in career development from a recognised tertiary institution and be working in the field of career development. |

COURSE LOCATION This course is available on Mt Lawley Campus. With the exception of the Counselling Skills for Career Development CDE5122 unit and the Counselling Skills CDE5126 unit, all units are only available in off-campus (online) mode. |

MODE OF DELIVERY This course is available in the following mode of delivery - On-campus. The majority of the units are only available in off campus mode however, both CDE5122 Counselling Skills for Career Development and CDE5126 Career Counselling units require attendance at six day skills intensive training in Perth. |
