728 / 699 Post Graduate Diploma of Nursing (Mental Health)

The aim of the Post Graduate Diploma of Nursing (Mental Health) is to provide the opportunity for registered nurses to develop the knowledge, skill and clinical competencies required to deliver mental health nursing care, and gain eligibility to register with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia on Division 1 of the Register as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Entrants are required to hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an acceptable equivalent, be currently registered with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Western Australia (or Australian State equivalent) and have a minimum of one year post-registration experience or equivalent.
