Q53 / F65 Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care Medicine

INTRODUCTION

The Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care Medicine allows registered medical practitioners the opportunity to broaden their knowledge in the area of palliative care medicine through completing three core units in the area.  This certificate provides an award for practitioners that only requires three units in the area as they continue to work in family medicine practices.  This course will allow these practitioners to choose particular units to up-skill in areas of need.

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Registered medical practitioner. Practitioners must be involved in some cases in their normal practice to which the principles and practices of palliative care may be applied.

 

COURSE LOCATION AND MODE OF STUDY

The course will be offered by part-time external study.
