N93 / 689 Master of Science (Mathematics and Planning)

INTRODUCTION

The Master of Science (Mathematics and Planning) is a research Masters degree. The focus of this course is applied statistics.  Students should consult the course coordinator before making an application for admission.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A three year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) which includes a substantial mathematics component.

COURSE STRUCTURE

Year one consists of 120 credit points (3 coursework units and 2 thesis preparation units). Year two is the thesis component of this course, which is entirely research based and equivalent to 1 year of full-time study.
