748 / F29 Post Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics
The Post Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics provides the theory and methods for the statistics and mathematical modelling used in the analysis of spatial data. Such data arise naturally in the earth and environmental sciences. The course is of particular relevance to the mining, environmental and petroleum industries. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS A three year bachelor degree with a major including a mathematics/statistics component. COURSE LOCATION AND MODE OF STUDY The course is available by part-time study on Joondalup campus. Students can enter the course in either first or second semester.
