Provides students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills for a career in the hotel and resort sector. COURSE STRUCTURE The Bachelor of International Hotel and Resort Management degree requires a minimum of 360 credit points (24 units) and normally requires three years of full-time study or the part-time equivalent.
