The specialist stream in Educational Administration or Educational Policy and Administrative Studies, School Leadership, covers the knowledge, skills and values required of leaders in self-managing schools. It focuses more on preparing school-based professionals than academic researchers. The course content reflects promotion criteria published by education systems, standards for school leaders set by their professional associations and the literature on school administration.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Arts (Education), or Diploma of Teaching, or degree and Graduate Diploma of Education, or Bachelor of Education, or equivalent.
