INTRODUCTION The Graduate Certificate of Business (Enterprise Systems) examines the role of Enterprise Systems within organisations. Most large organisations depend on enterprise systems to manage their internal and external processes. These cross-functional enterprise systems are enormously important to organisational success. The course is designed to provide students with practical knowledge in the use of the fastest growing ERP application - Microsoft Dynamics; it highlights the critical role that business processes play in ERP implementation and usage; and it provides an understanding of the implementation issues and organisational impact of a corporate wide ERP software product. |
