The Graduate Certicate in Transition Nursing develops clinical confidence in decision-making, clinical judgment and augments clinical skill and knowledge development in the advanced beginner Registered Nurse employed in hospital-based Graduate Nurse Program. This course through the provision of structured clinical rotations and skill and technical knowledge enhancement develops the nurse's ability to make sound clinical judgements to meet the challenges in health care delivery. |

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and acceptance into a Graduate Nurse Program at a participating health care agency (hospital). |
