S40 Graduate Certificate of Business (Professional Accounting) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The Graduate Certificate of Business (Professional Accounting) has been designed for individuals who have no accounting qualifications and are looking for an introductory exposure to the subject area. The course also provides an opportunity for non-accounting graduates, who wish to enter the accounting profession and need to complete additional units to meet the entry requirements of the accounting professional bodies. The course provides a selection of units which allow applicants to satisfy these entry requirements. The units have been recognised by the CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the National Institute of Accountants as meeting the educational requirements for membership.
Non-accounting graduates who are required to complete more than four units for accounting professional body recognition are advised to apply for either the Graduate Diploma of Business (Professional Accounting) course or the Master of Professional Accounting course as appropriate for their requirements.
