This unit explores the concepts of creativity, criticism and theory in relation to writing. Students examine a range of literary texts and investigate ways in which writers elucidate and defend their literary practice. Students are encouraged to write creatively and experimentally, to develop their critical and interpretive skills, and to be self-reflective about their writing and reading practices.
