This unit provides a professionally supervised, contracted learning experience. It focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge to a business concept. Students evaluate and develop a feasible business concept from idea to start-up. Students evaluate the concept on the basis of management theory. They will present the outcomes in written and/or oral form to the unit coordinator and peers.
Prior approval must be obtained from the unit coordinator before the project commences as credit cannot be given retrospectively for unsupervised activity. Students are responsible for finding the business concept. | |||
