Description:

The concepts of capital budgeting, beta evaluations, risk analysis, modified net present value calculations to incorporate tax benefits and issue costs, cash and inventory management, dividend policy and market for corporate control will be covered in detail.  The use of techniques such as decision trees and Monte Carlo simulations will be introduced along with basic forecasting techniques, which are instrumental in evaluating net present value for long-term projects.
