This unit introduces students to legal method and the way in which the legal system affects the provision of health services. The first part of the course introduces general legal topics, but with a health perspective. The second part of the course deals with health regulation. Specific examples employed will be particular health related legislation that has been introduced to overcome or regulate problem areas. | |||
