This unit addresses complex symptom management in patients with gastrointestinal, respiratory, haematological and paraneoplastic disease. The use of a range of interventions from simple less invasive treatments to more sophisticated interventions such as surgery, endoscopy, stenting and laser will be considered for patients at different stages of disease.
