This unit is designed to introduce investigators of crime to the basic concepts of commercial law. They will be presented with the fundamentals of partnership, agency, real property, trusts, bankruptcy and insurance. Where appropriate, mention will be made of the relevance of the criminal law to each of these areas. | |||
