This unit presents new and emerging threats within an increasingly interconnected world. The areas covered within the unit range from the fundamentals of creating secured systems through to the types of threats modern computing and network systems can expect to face. The unit further introduces students to the identification and utilisation of tools, techniques and methods in evaluating the security of devices and their related interactions.
