This unit provides practitioners in schools with the skills and knowledge to develop, implement and evaluate best practice within a comprehensive career development program. This unit should be seen as a tool to assist teachers in planning for and providing school-based services, that will support and prepare young people to make successful transitions throughout their K-12 schooling, post-school destinations and ongoing lifelong learning opportunities. | |||
