MABUTF  Literature and Writing Major  

This unit set is available in the following courses:
Y40 BACHELOR OF ARTS

This 8 unit (120 credit points) major will prepare students to enter the world of work as a critical reader and thinker and a skilled writer in a variety of styles and forms. These are marketable skills for leadership in many organisations. Students with a passion for writing will be able to explore the work of other authors while nurturing their capacity for creativity.

This unit set is available on Bunbury Campus.
 
MODE OF DELIVERY
This unit set is available in the following modes of delivery - On-campus, and Online.

Student commencing study in this major and who are eligible for advanced standing, may be required to complete units on campus.
 
FOUNDATION
Students undertaking a major in Literature and Writing must complete at least two (30 credit points) of the following units from the first year foundation programme:

SST1210 Event Management 15
SWK1102 Philosophy, Knowledge and Ethics 15
VIS1303 Introduction to Drawing 15
VIS1305 Materials and Methods: Approaches to Studio 15
WRT1103 Creativity and Writing 15
 
YEAR TWO / YEAR THREE UNITS
Students undertaking a major in Literature and Writing must complete the following eight units (120 credit points):
