TDE3155 Facilitating Adult Learning

Description:
This highly experiential unit is designed to develop the basic skills needed to facilitate effective adult learning. Two types of adult learning facilitation are addressed: training delivery skills and group process skills. Strategies for enhancing participation, minimising disruptions or conflict, as well as increasing creativity and learning are explored. The unit involves the practical application of facilitation techniques through a series of structured workshops and practical activities.
