TSM3200 Tourism and Hospitality Research

Description:

This unit aims to develop an understanding of tourism and hospitality research skills and processes that will enable students to engage with industry and complete an applied research project.  Topics covered include the role of research in tourism and hospitality, paradigms, ethics, qualitative and quantitative methods and analysis, and reporting.  At the completion of this unit students will have developed the necessary research skills and processes to undertake research projects in their professional careers and/or further study.
