ADM3510 Financial Decision Making for the Arts

Prerequisites:
ADM2425 Managerial Finance for the Arts
This unit is only available to students enrolled in Course Y20.
 
Description:

Through a study of strategic financial planning, reporting and analysis, students will gain the skills for sound financial decision making within the arts. This unit examines the role of entrepreneurialism, long term planning and investment strategies; financial control; capital management; cost control; project planning and budgeting. Students will also observe and analyse financial management within an arts organisation during practicum placement.
