ADM1310 Managing People

This unit is only available to students enrolled in Course Y20.
 
Description:
This unit provides students with an understanding of people, working life and organisations. It explores the behaviour of individuals, groups, and organisations, introducing the student to such areas as motivation and learning, job design, structural types and group dynamics, globalisation and diversity in the workplace. The application of these key concepts in the practicum provides the student with direct industry experience, alongside academic reflection of front of house management at WAAPA.
