WESTERN AUSTRALIAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS

Description:
The legal system and its implications for the relationship between the employer and the employee and reciprocal obligations, and the law pertaining to performing arts venues and the content of theatrical productions are examined. Specifically, students are made aware of the law as it affects copyright, tax, health and public safety, moral rights, companies, associations and clubs.
