TDE2153 Developing Training Programs

Description:
This unit is designed to enable trainers to develop logical and rational training programs. Marketing and implementation strategies aimed at approval and acceptance of new programs will be identified and applied. Task analysis, determination of learning outcomes and performance criteria, selection of content and method and assessment and evaluation techniques will also be considered.
