Description:
This unit will develop an understanding of the managerial and legal requirements for managing a facility. Security and facility managers are required to be able to participate in the tender process; manage and develop contracts; manage human sources, including OH&S issues; understand risk beyond security risk management; and be able to function as a manager. This unit introduces students to areas of general management within a security and facility management context.
