CSI1121 Personal Computing

Description:
The unit provides an introduction to computer systems, computer networks and the digital society. Students are also introduced to a range of software packages that define information literacy in an information age and are commonly used in the office environment. Applications of information technology in the modern world and the social and economic implications of computer networks are also considered. Students can obtain credit for only one of the units CSI1121, CSI4105.
