Description:

This unit continues to develop music techniques that apply specifically to a Jazz musician. Aural, composition and improvisation skills will be further developed to achieve and advanced level of Jazz performance and writing skills. There will be an emphasis on the application of transcribed and published works and the analysis of recorded solos by prominent Jazz artists.
