Description:
This unit examines the role, formal structure and policy-making process of training and development in the Australian context. Participants will study the broad range of training and development, economic, socio-political, industrial relations and technological issues impacting on organisations in Australia. Knowledge gained from analysis of current policies and present day practices and challenges will provide guidance in making informed decisions in training and development.
