SCI3162 Remote Sensing and Image Interpretation

Description:
This unit examines the fundamental concepts and methods of remote sensing and image analysis that can be used to create environmental inventories and to monitor environmental changes over large and/or inaccessible areas. Particular emphasis is given to environmental management applications which involve the capture and interpretation of remotely sensed multispectral digital image data.
