SPE3102 Speech, Language and Hearing
 
Description:

This unit comprises a sequence of clinical rotations in a variety of speech pathology practices located in urban and rural settings. Students will participate in all aspects of clinical service delivery involving clients with acquired, developmental and degenerative communication or swallowing disorders. Students will be expected to demonstrate the skill, knowledge base, and attitudes heading towards entry-level practice of speech pathology as specified by Speech Pathology Australia in their Competency-Based Occupational Standards (2001) document.
