Description:
This unit enables the student to develop an understanding of human resource management (HRM) processes through which organisations acquire, develop, reward, and retain high-performing employees. It provides an insight into the complexities of managing people within organisations and provides practical skills in negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution and managing employee performance, all within the context of traditional and contemporary HRM practices.
