| This unit focuses on the management and technical processes required for the successful development of complex Web-based systems for Internet Commerce. The main themes include the processes, methodologies, system design approaches, life-cycle and management of large Web-based systems and implementation strategies and technologies. The unit will review the evolution of work in the area, discuss case studies and highlight best practices.
