The Communications Management major focuses on contemporary media and communications and introduces students to a range of theoretical, practical and critical approaches used in the analysis of media and its role in shaping society. The major allows students to construct a hybrid programme of study which looks at theory and practice in fields such as advertising, electronic communication, journalism, public relations, and visual communication. It also trains students to think critically and to research and communicate effectively.
