SMCHPE  Human Performance 8 Unit Supporting Major 

This unit set is available in the following courses:

The Human Performance supporting major comprises 120 credit points and is available to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sports Science) degree.  

If you are considering a career in Physical Education you are encouraged to select this supporting major. Four Human Performance units, SPS3203 Human Performance and Disability plus three units selected from the list below make up the Human Performance supporting major.

 

EBH1101 Human Anatomy or SPS1101 Foundations of Sports Science are pre-requisites for the Performance Studies Units.

Students considering Physical Education as a career are required to nominate a second teaching area when applying for the Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary, Physical Education). If you were to nominate science we encourage the selection of SCI1183, and SCH1133 to further enhance your science content.
