Description:
This unit addresses methods of undertaking research for appropriate SMART objectives and strategies for a public relations campaign. It covers formal research (including qualitative and quantitative research methods), focus group fieldwork and questionnaire design. The analysis and reporting of results will be used to construct a public relations campaign. Central to this unit is the ability to source and research information critical to planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating public relations campaigns.
