Description:

This unit provides an introductory overview of Human Rresource Management (HRM). The focus is on developing knowledge of and practical skills in, the core HRM processes of; job analysis, recruitment and selection, performance management, rewards and employee training.  It examines the increasingly strategic emphasis of HRM, and explores how HRM process can contribute to organisational success.
