Description:

This unit introduces students to the principles and skills necessary for them to undertake specific tasks in the Occupational Safety and Health industry.  Students learn to evaluate illumination, ventilation, heat and cold stress, noise, vibration, chemicals, radiation, fire and explosive hazards in specific occupational contexts.
