Description:

This unit examines the requisite knowledge, skills and attitudes for obstetric and neonatal emergencies. The students will develop an understanding of the principles of care in safety critical situations in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Students will apply and extend their knowledge and skills to anticipate, prioritise, provide, and evaluate care and therapeutic support.
