MACSNA  Network Administration and Design Major  

This unit set is available in the following courses:
U65 BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

This major aims to produce professional server administrators. It includes units that cover both closed and open-source operating systems, network principles and protocols, server administration principles, advanced networking services such as web and email, and security for networks.

This unit set is available in the following modes of delivery - On-campus, and Online.
 
Available as Second Major only.

Covers topics that are relevant to anyone seeking to become a systems administrator. Includes some syllabus for Microsoft MCP and MSCE certifications, as well as Linux administration and security topics.

Students are required to successfully complete 120 credit points (eight units)
