Description:

Skills Analysis in Surfing is delivered in collaboration with Surfing Western Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia. This unit introduces the surfing activity via the investigation of essential skills and techniques associated with the sport. These proficiencies are developed through theoretical and practical coaching sessions. Anatomy, physiology, water safety, rescue techniques, resuscitation and first aid are studied by way of the SLSA Bronze Medallion.
