ENS3260 Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Systems

Description:

This unit extends the student's knowledge of metals and alloys, and introduces composites, polymers and ceramics as engineering materials. Students will be introduced to a range of manufacturing processes and systems including automation, non-destructive testing, and quality control. An introduction to welding and heat treatment processes is also provided.
