NMW4103 Practice Across Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Care 1

Description:

Students will develop competencies in caring for clients in selected clinical and community settings. Students will undertake clinical practice in a variety of health care settings and also participate in community nursing  and midwifery with a focus on meeting the biopsychosocial, spiritual and cultural needs of individuals, families and groups within the community.  They will participate in a health promotion programmes in partnership with a community agency. Students will complete a continuous period of clinical practice in a selected area of interest.
