MIS2700 IT Management and Security

Description:

This unit addresses fundamental issues in IT infrastructure design, management and security. It is taught from a business perspective and a minimal level of technological knowledge is required to study the unit.  Emphasis is placed on the relationship of Electronic Commerce with IT, in particular; networking principles and design, risk analysis and business continuity.  The unit also provides an introduction to IT organisational management and cost management.
