MIAABA  Leisure Planning Minor 

This unit set is available in the following courses:
K11 BACHELOR OF PLANNING

The Leisure Planning Minor provides students with a specialisation centring on the role of planning in the leisure industry. The units in this minor provide students with an overview of the leisure industry, and knowledge of the need and demand for leisure pursuits within the community, the importance of planning for a range of leisure facilities, the challenges that strategic provision of land for leisure use provides in both developing and built-up environments, and the relationship and influence of government agencies to leisure service provision.  Students are required to complete 60 credit points (4 units) for this minor.

 
UNIT SET LOCATION
This unit set is available on Mt Lawley, and Joondalup Campuses.

The full time course is offered at the Joondalup Campus and the part time course at the Churchlands Campus.
