K11 BACHELOR OF PLANNING
A new understanding of design is emerging whereby the boundaries between various traditional 2- and 3-dimensional design fields are becoming less defined, and designers now move between a number of related disciplines throughout their career. Within the planning profession there is a demand for flexible graduates with professional attitudes and broad based design knowledge. The Design minor takes students on a comprehensive journey through both the theoretical and practical aspects of design, covering areas such as narrative design theory and computer-aided design as well as presentation and professional practice skills. Students are required to complete 60 credit points (4 units) for this minor.
