CRI2601 Traffic Law and Road Safety

Description:

The unit examines the police role in reducing the risks to road users and pedestrians associated with vehicle use.  Relevant legislation, specific police strategies and traffic accident investigation are examined.  The examination is within the context of drive behaviour, the impact of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and the trauma associated with death and injury.
