Description:
The development of the Australian Industrial Relations System, institutions and policies; the role of employer associations and trade unions within the system, their history, structure and management; the role of the state in industrial relations; the history of Australian wage fixation and industrial tribunals; workplace reform and the move towards a more deregulated system; industrial conflict in Australia.
