Description:
A study on the effects of the Workplace Relations Act 1988 (C'wlth) and the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) on the employer-employee relationship; and the rights and duties of employers, employees and their organisations when undertaking enterprise bargaining, industrial action and other matters.
